Collaborative Divorce Course

Do you want to relive your friends’ experience? Probably not. This class offers alternatives to traditional divorce litigation because after deciding to divorce, the most important decision is to select the right process. Class reviews all the appropriate dispute resolution alternatives available and focuses on mediation and Collaborative Divorces. You learn that settlement options can be optimized to benefit both parties and the children. When it’s done after having committed to a process that works for both spouses, the negative economic, social and emotional consequences of litigation are minimized. This class is particularly important for spouses with children. Divorcing with respect. Respect for the person you once chose to marry, respect for your children, respect for yourself.
