Mr. Ginter received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Business Management from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He subsequently received his Juris Doctor from McGeorge School of Law, where he was placed on the Dean's Honor Roll and received a Traynor Honor Society for his academic excellence. While attending McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Ginter also received the awards of Top Oral Advocate and Honors in recognition of excellence in oral advocacy. In addition to being admitted into the State Bar of California, Mr. Ginter has also been admitted into the Eastern District Court of California.

Subsequent to graduation from law school, Mr. Ginter began his career in Family Law as an Associate Attorney with the Law Offices of Dianne M. Fetzer, a Certified Family Law Specialist. Since that time, Mr. Ginter has limited his practice to strictly Family Law, where he has a special interest in non-adversarial issue resolution, such as Collaborative Law and Mediation. When Mr. Ginter is not practicing Family Law, he enjoys composing, recording and performing music.
